Use this form to give notice that you'd like to end your tenancy. Please check your details carefully before submitting.

In line with the Renters' Rights Act 2025, we ask for at least 2 months' notice in writing to end your tenancy — this applies to every tenancy, and we can't accept a shorter notice period. Your notice also has to end on the last day of a rent period — the day before your rent is normally due — so the earliest you can move out is usually a little more than 2 months away. When you choose your property below, we'll show you the earliest date that works for your tenancy.

You'll need to keep paying rent up to and including your move-out date. Submitting this form isn't confirmation on its own — we'll review your tenancy and then email you to confirm your move-out date and that we've accepted your notice.

Your notice has to be at least 2 months and end on the last day of a rent period, so the earliest you can move out is around 14 October 2026. Dates before this can’t be accepted. This is an estimate — we’ll confirm the exact date once we’ve received your notice.

Why can't I just pick any date?

Two things set the date. First, we need at least 2 months' notice. Second, your notice has to end on the last day of a rent period, not partway through one — say your rent is due on the 15th of the month, each rent period then runs from the 15th to the 14th of the next month, so your notice would need to end on a 14th. That means your move-out date is 2 months from today, then on to the end of that rent period. We work this out for you and show the earliest valid date above.
